Stagecoach Investment Consulting (“Stagecoach”) was established in 2018 as a boutique investment consulting firm with the primary objective of helping asset owners and managers build better portfolios and product offerings.  The firm was founded by Matthew Scales after more than two decades working in the asset management and hedge fund industries, primarily in client-facing, investment roles.  In January 2020, Stagecoach became a registered investment adviser, allowing the firm to serve as a fiduciary to its clients and specializing in building economically diversified, risk balanced portfolios.  Today, Stagecoach provides investment advice to individuals, families and small business retirement plans that has historically been reserved for only the largest pools of institutional capital.
